Mediation

Mediation is different from arbitration and litigation. Arbitration and litigation are adversarial processes, where an arbitrator or a judge decides who is right, who pays and how much. Mediation is a settlement process, where the parties work together with a mediator to find a solution they can live with. Mediation can also save the parties time and money.

NFA's mediation program is available to resolve disputes involving customers, NFA Members and NFA Associates. NFA mediation is an affordable and efficient alternative for resolving disputes.
