The following tutorial is a step-by-step look at several sections of the Online Registration System (ORS).

Section 1: SECURITY MANAGER ENROLLMENT

| Enter the name of the entity (firm, sole proprietor, floor broker or floor trader) which you are seeking to register. For entities such as corporations and partnerships, please enter the name which appears on the organization's corporate filings. For sole proprietorships and floor brokers and traders, please enter your full name. If you know the NFA ID number of the entity for which you are enrolling, enter it in the space provided. If you don't know your NFA ID number, don't worry, one of our staff persons will find it for you or assign one for you.

| Next select the organization type. If you select an FCM, IB, CPO or CTA, you are required to select a form of organization from the pull down menu. If you are unsure of your form of organization, consult your attorney.
Sole proprietors, floor brokers and floor traders must also enter their date of birth. For identification purposes a space is provided for social security number.

| This section relates to the person who is enrolling as the firm's security manager. Enter your first and last name as well as your business address including your telephone number and e-mail address.

| This section asks for the main business location of the entity seeking to register. If it is the same as the security manager, there is a box you can click which will copy the address information to the applicable fields.

| If you or the security manager forgets the password or gets locked out, we will have to reset it for him/her. For security reasons, answers to these questions will be used to help verify his/her identity. The first question can't be changed, only an answer may be provided. The second question may be changed, but whether it is changed or not an answer must be provided.
