Summary of Issues

Respondents Dennis Gee, Albert Gonzalez, Ileana Marchetto, and Peter Santovito were not present at the hearing. An Answer had been received from Albert Gonzalez, without the required filing fee. The fee was waived by the Panel.

We, being the arbitrators appointed to review and determine this matter in accordance with the Code of Arbitration of National Futures Association, hereby determine that the following relief shall be granted.

Comtrust Inc., Universal Commodity Corporation., Dennis Gee, Albert Gonzalez, Ileana Marchetto, Stuart Mehler and Peter Santovito are jointly and severally liable for the following award and shall pay to Johnny C. Brock Sr. and Evelyn Mae Brock:

All other relief requested is hereby denied, and each party shall bear its own costs and fees as incurred.
