Once a year, NFA requests that Members complete an Annual Questionnaire. The Annual Questionnaire provides NFA with information about your firm and allows NFA to better understand the composition of its membership as a whole. Additionally, the information you provide through the questionnaire allows NFA to tailor its regulatory programs to better serve your firm. The questionnaire is online and can be easily accessed through the following link Annual Questionnaire. While the questionnaire only takes a few minutes to complete, the information is very important to NFA.

Please note that this Annual Questionnaire system will not be available for use Monday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. CT. The system may also occasionally be unavailable at other times due to system maintenance.
