EasyFile is the electronic alternative to WinJammer for filing audited and unaudited 1-FR-IB financial statements. The CFTC approved EasyFile as the accepted method for Non-Broker/Dealer Introducing Brokers ("IBs") to submit their 1-FR-IB financial statements to NFA. IBs are no longer required to file financial statements with the CFTC.
Please note that this EasyFile for 1-FR-IB Filers system will not be available for use Monday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. CT. The system may also occasionally be unavailable at other times due to system maintenance.
