When information comes to NFA's attention alleging that a Member has violated NFA rules, NFA reviews the necessary information to fully investigate the claim. NFA will contact the Member firm to obtain representations and documentation to complete this investigation. Our objective is to identify possible rule violations and to take appropriate corrective actions. Customers can file a complaint via e-mail at custcomplaints@nfa.futures.org.
Our compliance activities will not provide the customer with any monetary relief. Customers wishing to pursue monetary relief may file a matter through NFA's arbitration system.
