Your Role as an NFA Arbitration Chairperson

Your Role as an NFA Arbitration Chairperson is a Web-based, interactive training program which provides NFA arbitrators with valuable information regarding the duties and responsibilities of a chairperson. After you complete this training program, you will have the option of printing a certificate of completion. In addition, NFA will be automatically notified when you complete the training. This training module may take up to 25 minutes. However, we will also offer you periodic opportunities to save your progress, so you may return at another time to finish the program.
