NFA's New Expanded Filing Requirements for Commodity Pool Operators Webinar

On April 13, 2010, NFA will host a webinar entitled "NFA's New Expanded Filing Requirements for Commodity Pool Operators" at 12:00 p.m. ET.  During the webinar, NFA Compliance staff will give an overview of the new expanded filing requirements for Commodity Pool Operators and provide a walkthrough of the web-based filing system to help CPOs complete their March 31, 2010 quarterly reports. CPO/CTA Regulatory Seminar - New York

On April 22, 2010, NFA will host a CPO/CTA Regulatory Seminar at the NYMEX World Headquarters, World Financial Center, One North End Avenue, New York City. The seminar will focus on several CPO/CTA issues, including new and pending legislation, recent additions to financial reporting requirements and common errors made in promotional material and disclosure documents. • Webinars are live presentations that allow NFA Members to listen to and interact with NFA staff members on a variety of compliance-related topics without leaving their desks.
• Once aired, webinars are available for viewing on demand.
• Podcasts
• NFA podcasts are short online audio recordings highlighting compliance-related topics. Please note that you do not need a portable digital media player to listen to podcasts.
• Webcasts
• NFA webcasts are streaming video presentations addressing a variety of compliance-related topics. You must have Macromedia Flash 8.0 or higher to view NFA webcasts.

Meetings and Events

• Issues and Answers Member Meetings
• NFA periodically holds Issues and Answers meetings at various locations across the U.S. to give NFA Members the opportunity to meet and interact with NFA staff members.
• Member Workshops
• NFA offers live in-person workshops to help Members enhance their understanding of compliance responsibilities. In most cases, these workshops are audio recorded and NFA makes the recordings, as well as any print materials distributed at the workshop, available to NFA Members on request.
