National Futures Association is a member of the Joint Audit Committee ("JAC") which is a voluntary, cooperative organization comprised of representatives of US futures exchanges and regulatory organizations.
The Joint Audit Committee's primary responsibility is to oversee the implementation and functioning of all terms and conditions of the Joint Audit Agreement and to determine the practices and procedures to be followed by each Designated Self-Regulatory Organization in the conduct of audits and financial reviews of FCMs.
