The steps to get your firm ready to start filing through the WinJammerTM Online Filing System are listed below.

  1. Identify a WinJammerTM security manager within the firm. This person will manage the firm's logons and security access to the WinJammerTM Online Filing System.
  2. The security manager should send an email to The email should include the firm's name, NFA ID and registration category, and the name, phone number and email address for the designated security manager. The security manager should expect to receive the logon information within 1-2 business days via email. Staff will email or phone the security manager for additional information if needed.

For swap dealers (SDs) and major swap participants (MSPs) this completes the set up process. The security manager can add additional users as needed and users can begin submitting filings through the WinJammerTM Online Filing System.

For futures commission merchants (FCMs), retail foreign exchange dealers (RFEDs) and broker-dealer introducing brokers (IBs), an individual who is authorized by the firm to sign financial statements must also be designated. See the Authorized Signer section for more information regarding the appropriate individuals and the process for requesting approval to submit statements.

The WinJammerTM Online Filing System contains a quick start help guide with details on how the security manager can set up additional users to submit filings and if applicable, the approval process required for users submitting financial statements.
