Does NFA furnish a form for the monthly payment of NFA assessment fees?
Yes. NFA distributes an NFA Assessment Fee Summary Report each month and worksheets upon request. FCMs and FDMs are required to remit NFA assessment fees on time regardless of whether forms were received by the FCM or FDM.
