Would an FCM carrying an omnibus account...
Would an FCM carrying an omnibus account ever be liable to NFA for the assessment fee on trades in the omnibus account?
Yes. If the originating broker is not an FCM Member, the carrying FCM pays the fee. This situation would arise where the originating broker is a foreign broker.
