Where do I go to find out if a rule change has become effective?

From the Regulation page, click on CFTC Rule Submissions in the left-hand navigation and locate the entry for the submission letter with that rule change. If the rule has an effective date, it will be listed at the end of the entry. If there is no effective date, the rule change is still pending.
