Important Message for Customers of Peregrine Financial Group and Peregrine Asset Management

General Information

Peregrine Financial Group, Inc. (PFG) filed for liquidation in a U.S. bankruptcy court in Chicago on July 10, 2012. Ira Bodenstein was appointed by the U.S. Trustee to act as trustee for PFG's estate. This includes marshaling and recovering the assets of PFG's estate, including customer property, and distributing those assets pursuant to the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and CFTC Part 190 rules. The Trustee has been authorized to operate PFG on a limited basis in order to wind down the business. Customers are encouraged to visit the website (www.pfgchapter7.com) set up by the Trustee frequently to obtain current information about the case.  You can view your proof of claim form by searching the Proofs of Claim Docket.

Futures Customers

The Trustee was authorized to make a bulk transfer of approximately $123,000,000, for the benefit of PFG's futures (Section 4d & 30.7) customers, to Vision Financial Markets, LLC (Vision). Click here to access Vision's website (www.visionfinancialmarkets.com) to obtain detailed information on steps customers need to take in order to have your funds returned to you, to begin trading at Vision, or to transfer your funds to another financial institution. All of these options will require that you complete the appropriate forms and provide other information required by Vision in order to verify your identity.

For former PFG customers whose accounts were sent to Vision with balances between $100 and $1,000, Vision will return those funds to the bankruptcy trustee unless you contact Vision before March 5, 2013 to request access to your funds.  Funds returned to the trustee will not be available until the claims process has been completed by the trustee and his staff.
