FOCUS Reports
NFA's Financial Requirements require registered Futures Commission Merchants and Independent Introducing Brokers to electronically file all financial statements, except those that must be certified by a certified public accountant (See Notice to Members I-01-30). To file your un-audited financial statements electronically, you must download the WinJammerTM Online Filing System. WinJammerTM is a web application developed jointly by the CME Group Inc. and the National Futures Association. WinJammerTM is the futures industry standard for firms to enter and transmit FOCUS, 1-FR, and other financial statements.
