Form 1-FR-IB Part A
NFA's Financial Requirements require registered Independent Introducing Brokers to file their financial statements electronically. (See Notice to Members I-01-30). Independent Introducing Brokers will file their financial statements electronically through NFA's EasyFile system. For additional information and instructions for setting up access to the EasyFile system, please visit the EasyFile section of NFA's website or contact any member of the EasyFile support staff.
