NFA orders Alpha Foreign Exchange Group to pay $25,000 fine

May 14, Chicago - National Futures Association (NFA) has ordered Alpha Foreign Exchange Group (Alpha), a Futures Commission Merchant located in Downey, California, to pay a fine of $25,000. The Decision, issued by an NFA Hearing Panel, is based on a Complaint filed in October 2006 and a settlement offer submitted by Alpha.

The Panel found that Alpha failed to file financial statements within a timely manner.
