NFA bars former AP of American Financial Group Services, Inc.
April 18, Chicago-National Futures Association barred an individual from NFA membership for allegedly conveying a false message to a client and providing a customer with false information on his account opening documents. NFA barred Kevin Graham from membership for one year and ordered him to tape record all of his conversations with customers for one year in the event that he becomes an NFA Member or Associate again. Graham is a former associated person of American Financial Group Services, Inc., a former guaranteed introducing broker located in Jupiter, Florida. Graham did not file an Answer to the Complaint and is therefore deemed to have admitted the facts and legal conclusions alleged in the Complaint and to have waived his right to a hearing.
NFA is a congressionally authorized self-regulatory organization for the U.S. futures industry.
