AFGS submitted a settlement offer in which it neither admitted nor denied the allegations in the Complaint.
In another Decision, NFA ordered Leader Trading Group to permanently withdraw from NFA membership. Leader is an introducing broker NFA Member located in Chicago, Illinois.
