Effective Date of Amendments to Bylaw 1302 - Rebate Claims for Overpayment of Dues and Assessments

An amendment to NFA Bylaw 1302, which governs payments of dues and assessments by contract markets, FCM and FDM Members, is effective as of July 1, 2010. The amendment reduces the time period in which a Member may request a refund for an overpayment of assessment fees from eighteen months to six months.
