Re: National Futures Association: Disclosure by Forex Pool Operators and Trading Advisors - Proposed Adoption of NFA Compliance Rules 2-41 and 2-42*

Dear Mr. Stawick:

Pursuant to Section 17(j) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended, National Futures Association ("NFA") hereby submits to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC" or "Commission") the proposed adoption of NFA Compliance Rules 2-41 and 2-42. This proposal was approved by NFA's Board of Directors ("Board") on February 21, 2008. NFA respectfully requests Commission review and approval of the proposed rules.

EXPLANATION OF PROPOSALS

NFA respectfully requests that the Commission review and approve the adoption of NFA Compliance Rules 2-41 and 2-42.
