SOC 2

NFA has received its Service Organization Control (SOC) 2, Type II Certification, which provides independent validation that NFA security controls are in accordance with the applicable Trust Services Principles and Criteria of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The Certification exemplifies NFA's commitment to maintaining the most rigorous security procedures in the industry. Specifically, NFA's SOC 2 Type II report includes a description of NFA's Online Registration System (ORS) and EasyFile systems, and the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of NFA's security controls.
