Arbitrator Basics: A Refresher Course

Arbitrator Basics: A Refresher Course is a web-based, interactive training program which provides NFA arbitrators with a review of the basics of serving as an NFA Arbitrator and offer reminders for arbitrators about what is expected from the time of appointment through the conclusion of the case. After you complete this training program, you will have the option of printing a certificate of completion. In addition, NFA will be automatically notified when you complete the training. This training module may take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. However, we will also offer you periodic opportunities to save your progress, so you may return at another time to finish the program. There is audio or video throughout the program, so please ensure your volume is enabled.
