| COMPLAINT:
On May 5, 2004, NFA's Business Conduct Committee ("BCC") issued a Complaint to Commercial Hedge Services, Inc. ("CHS") and Lawrence J. Volf ("Volf"). The Complaint alleges that CHS and Volf placed unauthorized speculative trades in customers' hedge accounts, in violation of NFA Compliance Rule 2-2(a). The Complaint also alleges that CHS and Volf failed to uphold high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade by doing business with Prime Trading Company, Inc. which was required to be registered as an introducing broker NFA Member but was not, in violation of NFA Compliance Rule 2-4 and NFA Bylaw 1101.

On May 5, 2004, NFA issued a Complaint charging CHS and Volf with placing unauthorized speculative trades in customers' hedge accounts. The Complaint also charged CHS and Volf with failing to uphold high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade by doing business with Prime Trading Company, Inc. which was required to be registered as an IB NFA Member but was not.

On June 4, 2004, CHS and Volf filed an Answer to the Complaint in which they denied the material allegations contained therein.
