Notice of Intent to Deny Registration:

On August 3, 2009, NFA issued a Notice of Intent to deny Richter's AP registration, charging that NFA's previous denial of Richter's application and his 1991 felony conviction disqualified him from registration.

Response to Notice of Intent:

On August 24, 2009, Richter, through his attorney, filed a Response to the Notice of Intent. In his Response, Richter does not deny the allegations of the Notice of Intent but requests a hearing to submit evidence to show that despite the allegations his registration would pose no substantial risk to the public. Final Order Conditioning Registration:

On December 24, 2009, a Subcommittee of NFA's Membership Committee issued a Final Order Conditioning Registration to Richter after a hearing was held.
