COMPLAINT:

On November 17, 2011, NFA issued a Complaint charging Rhino Fund with failure to timely file quarterly and annual pool reports with NFA.

DECISION:

On February 8, 2012, pursuant to a settlement offer submitted by Rhino Fund, the firm was ordered to withdraw from NFA membership. If Rhino Fund again becomes an NFA Member, it was ordered to pay a $15,000 fine.
