COMPLAINT:

On August 30, 2006, NFA issued a Complaint charging Stillwater with failure to timely file with NFA an annual report for Stillwater Market Neutral Fund II LP and Stillwater Market Neutral Fund LP.

ANSWER:

On November 10, 2006, Stillwater filed an Answer to the Complaint in which it denied the material allegations contained therein.

DECISION:

On March 14, 2007, Stillwater was ordered to pay a $20,000 fine.
