COMPLAINT:
On April 4, 2007, NFA issued a Complaint charging Interbank FX and Crosland with failure to supervise. The Complaint also charged Interbank FX with use of misleading and deceptive promotional material and failure to uphold high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade.
ANSWER:
On June 5, 2007, Interbank FX and Crosland filed an Answer to the Complaint in which they denied the material allegations contained therein.
DECISION:
On September 24, 2007, Interbank was ordered to pay a $100,000 fine. The allegations made against Crosland in the Complaint were dismissed.
