On August 8, 2007, NFA issued a Complaint charging UGM with failing to maintain required adjusted net capital.
DECISION:
On August 8, 2007, UGM was ordered to withdraw from NFA membership and to not reapply for NFA membership or act as a principal of an NFA Member. UGM was also ordered to pay a $40,000 fine. |
