Notice of Intent to Revoke Registration:
On July 23, 2009, NFA's President issued a Notice of Intent to Revoke Registration to Jeremy J. Grena. Response to Notice of Intent:
On August 10, 2009, Grena, through his attorney, filed a Response to the Notice of Intent in which he denies the allegation that he is disqualified from registration. Grena represents that notwithstanding the allegations in the Notice of Intent, his registration does not pose a substantial risk to the public. To view Grena's Response, go to Case Documents. Final Order Revoking Registration:
On March 2, 2010, a Subcommittee of NFA's Membership Committee issued a Final Order after a hearing was held. The Subcommittee determined that Grena had not met his burden of showing that his registration should not be revoked, and ordered that his registration be revoked.
