Notice of Intent to Revoke Registration:
On September 16, 2009, NFA's President issued a Notice of Intent to Revoke Registration to Nabil P. Niman. Response to Notice of Intent:
On October 5, 2009, Niman, through his attorney, filed his Response to the Notice of Intent wherein he admits the allegations contained in the NOI. Final Order Revoking Registration:
On March 2, 2010, a Subcommittee of NFA's Membership Committee issued a Final Order after a hearing was held. The Subcommittee determined that Niman had not met his burden of showing that his registration should not be revoked, and ordered that his registration be revoked.
