Notice of Intent to Revoke Registration:
On September 16, 2009, NFA's President issued a Notice of Intent to Revoke Registration to William M. Rill. It is alleged that Rill is disqualified from regtistration under Section 8a(3)(M) of the Commodity Exchange Act. To view the Notice of Intent, go to Case Documents. Response to Notice of Intent:
On October 5, 2009, Rill, through his attorney, filed a Response to the Notice of Intent. Rill admitted the allegations contained in the Notice of Intent. Final Order Revoking Registration:
On March 2, 2010, a Subcommittee of NFA's Membership Committee issued a Final Order after a hearing was held. The Subcommittee determined that Rill had not met his burden of showing that his registration should not be revoked, and ordered that his registration be revoked.
