COMPLAINT:
On November 29, 2010, NFA issued a Complaint charging CDCM with providing materially false information to NFA; soliciting and managing forex accounts without providing customers with an approved disclosure document; failing to list individuals as principals of the firm; and failing to supervise CDCM's operations.
ANSWER:
On January 6, 2011, CDCM filed an Answer to the Complaint in which it denied the material allegations contained therein.
DECISION:
On March 1, 2011, pursuant to a settlement offer submitted by CDCM, the firm was ordered to immediately withdraw from NFA membership and, thereafter, not reapply for NFA membership or associate membership or act as a principal of an NFA Member at any time in the future.
