On November 29, 2010, NFA issued a Complaint charging CDCM with providing materially false information to NFA; soliciting and managing forex accounts without providing customers with an approved disclosure document; failing to list individuals as principals of the firm; and failing to supervise CDCM's operations.
On January 6, 2011, CDCM filed an Answer to the Complaint in which it denied the material allegations contained therein.
On March 1, 2011, pursuant to a settlement offer submitted by CDCM, the firm was ordered to immediately withdraw from NFA membership and, thereafter, not reapply for NFA membership or associate membership or act as a principal of an NFA Member at any time in the future.
