The Notice of Intent alleges that Scott's failure to disclose information on his registration application may disqualify him from registration under Section 8a(2)(G) of the Commodity Exchange Act. Final Order Granting Conditional Registration:
On May 7, 2009, a Subcommittee of NFA's Membership Committee accepted Scott's settlement offer and issued a Final Order granting Scott a conditional registration for a period of two years.
