On November 13, 2012, NFA issued a Complaint charging Quants and Gokhan with failing to produce all records requested by NFA. The Complaint also charged Quants with failing to file an audited liquidation statement for Quants Strategy Fund.
ANSWER:
On January 2, 2013, Quants and Gokhan filed an Answer to the Complaint in which they denied the material allegations contained therein.
