On January 16, 2013, NFA's President issued a Notice of Intent to Deny Registration to Anthony Almeida. The Notice of Intent alleges that Almeida is disqualified from registration under Section 8a(2)(G) of the Commodity Exchange Act.
Final Order Granting Conditional Registration:
On January 16, 2013, a Subcommittee of NFA's Membership Committee issued a Final Order Granting Conditional Registration accepting Almeida's settlement offer and granting him a conditioned AP registration for a period of two years. The Final Order becomes effective on February 15, 2013. |
