BaFin prohibits Goran Kuzmanovic a/k/a N.Y. Trading Services from conducting brokerage and portfolio management activity in Germany

Attention: All Member and Non-Member Futures Commission Merchants

The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority ("BaFin") has prohibited Goran Kuzmanovic a/k/a N.Y. Trading Services from conducting brokerage and portfolio management activity in Germany. Translated copies of the BaFin orders containing the prohibitions are available on NFA's Web site (www.nfa.futures.org). BaFin has asked the CFTC to notify all FCMs that Goran Kuzmanovic a/k/a N.Y. Trading Services is not licensed to act as an introducing broker in Germany. NFA is providing this notice at the request of the CFTC. If you have any questions about this matter, you may contact:
