NFA permanently bars San Diego forex firm Tradeco Clearing Group LLC

December 10, Chicago - National Futures Association (NFA) has permanently barred from NFA membership, Tradeco Clearing Group LLC, a forex dealer member located in San Diego, California. The Decision issued by an NFA Business Conduct Committee, is based on a Complaint filed in September 2007.

The Complaint alleged that although Tradeco was duly served with the Complaint at the last address that it provided to NFA, Tradeco failed to answer the Complaint. Therefore, the Committee found that Tradeco used deceptive and misleading promotional material, failed to maintain required financial books and records, failed to develop and implement an adequate anti-money laundering program, failed to maintain required adjusted net capital and failed to file required financial notices with NFA.

NFA is the premier independent provider of innovative and efficient regulatory programs that safeguard the integrity of the derivatives markets.
