For Immediate Release September 19, 2001 For more information contact: NFA Information Center available to address investor concerns September 19, Chicago - National Futures Association (NFA) has established a toll-free hotline for public investors in the futures markets to get information in the aftermath of the recent events in New York and the resulting effect on the financial markets. "We want futures investors to know that we're here to answer their questions and address their concerns," says Dan Roth, NFA's Chief Operations Officer. NFA's Information Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. The toll-free number is 800-621-3570. Investors can also reach the Information Center by dialing 312-781-1410. "We also encourage investors and NFA Members to visit our web site at www.nfa.futures.org for additional information," says Roth. NFA is a congressionally authorized self-regulatory organization for the U.S. futures industry.
