An Online Learning Program for NFA Arbitrators

An Online Learning Program for NFA Arbitrators is a Web-based, interactive training program which provides NFA arbitrators with valuable information regarding NFA's arbitration process. After you complete this training program, you will have the option of printing a certificate of completion. In addition, NFA will be automatically notified when you complete the training. This training module may take up to 45 minutes; however, we will also offer you periodic opportunities to save your progress, so you may return at another time to finish the program.

If this is your first time viewing the program, please login below as a New User where you will need to supply your name and email address before entering the program. If you are returning to the program, please login as an Existing User where you will need to enter your email address before entering the program. Please refrain from using your browser's "Back" and "Forward" buttons, while logged into the program. You should use the Back and Next buttons located in the program to navigate between screens. Additionally, please disable your browser's pop-up blockers before entering the program.

Please note that system maintenance will be performed on the program Monday through Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CT. During this time period, users will still be able to access the program but your quiz scores may not be accurately recorded. We recommend that users not access the program during this time period. The program may also occasionally be unavailable at other times due to system maintenance.
