Code of Arbitration
SECTION 13. NON-WAIVER OF NFA RIGHTS.
[Effective dates of amendments: June 28, 1985.]
The submission of a matter to arbitration under this Code shall not affect any right of NFA regarding the matter, including the right to initiate a disciplinary proceeding.
