Member Arbitration Rules
SECTION 13. NON-WAIVER OF NFA RIGHTS.
[Adopted effective February 18, 1992.]
The submission of a matter to arbitration under these Rules shall not affect any right of NFA regarding the matter, including the right to initiate a disciplinary proceeding.
