"I've worked at NFA for over 10 years, and, looking back, it's remarkable how my career has changed and how NFA has supported me along the way."

After working on several different teams, Jonathan joined the Risk Management Group (RMG) in NFA's Futures Compliance department. Shortly after, Jonathan pursued his Master's degree in data science. Through his coursework, he saw that NFA could improve its risk modeling efforts and presented an ambitious proposal to incorporate predictive analytics and machine learning into the program. Jonathan received overwhelming support for his idea and now leads a team of data scientists doing research and development in order to continuously improve processes within the Futures Compliance department.
