"It is gratifying to know that my work really makes a difference in the productivity and efficiency of NFA staff."

When Rich began his career at NFA, he specialized in supporting NFA's technological needs. As his career progressed, he began leading the organization's PC Support team in Chicago and later advanced into a leadership role in New York. Having the opportunity to work in both of NFA's offices, he has had the chance to work with amazing people and has cultivated many friendships over the years. Rich makes an effort to meet all of the new staff who join NFA and help make their experience just as pleasant as his own.
