"NFA promotes values of respect, good citizenship and integrity and shows its commitment to those values by encouraging and inspiring employees."

Prior to joining NFA I served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Shortly after my return from Afghanistan, I finished my degree in Applied Mathematics and began looking for an organization that fit my values. I chose to join NFA because it was immediately clear to me that this was a very special organization. The work being conducted in the OTC Derivatives department is new, exciting and significant. But most importantly, I found that NFA is a "people" organization that's here to support you. It has a culture of candor that is seldom found elsewhere.

NFA is committed to the development of its employees. We receive extensive training that begins from the moment we join and continues throughout our time with the organization. Our managers give us coaching sessions often, provide constant feedback and maintain a close relationship in order to effectively utilize and expand on our talents. We are encouraged to practice skills that will be valuable at work. NFA provides an excellent opportunity to develop strategic thinking, financial analysis and many other skills.

The organization has many subject matter experts that provide classes and keep us up to date with industry news and any recent developments that may impact our day-to-day work or be of relevant interest. We are also provided with a generous tuition reimbursement that can be applied towards college courses and certificates that are relevant to our field.

NFA promotes values of respect, good citizenship and integrity and shows its commitment to those values by encouraging and inspiring employees. We are provided with opportunities to volunteer and are encouraged to be leaders in our communities as well as within our organization. There are many things that make us great, but the most important is the focus on our people.
