tasnia alam, NFA compliance examiner

"From my personal experience as an Intern and a full-time Compliance employee, the awards NFA receives for being an excellent place to work are well-deserved."

In college, Tasnia developed a clear picture of the type of environment she desired for her professional career. After reading employee testimonials and about the awards NFA has received, NFA immediately stood out to her as an excellent place to work. In her role, Tasnia finds she is learning new things every day and has been given many opportunities to challenge her comfort zones. She believes NFA's culture is warm and inviting and enjoys working with intelligent colleagues from various backgrounds. Tasnia has also found NFA to be supportive of her interests, especially her continued education. She feels her managers have been very accommodating in understanding her need for work/life balance, especially considering she is advancing her education and working simultaneously.
