NFA to launch updated version of its website on June 29

NFA's website is the primary source of information for NFA Members as well as other regulators, enforcement agencies and the general public. More than 1.75 million pages are viewed on NFA's website every month.

On Monday, June 29, NFA will launch an updated version of the www.nfa.futures.org. The new website will feature an improved visual appearance, a more user-friendly navigation system, as well as several new features, including:

  • In response to comments from NFA Members, CFTC staff and other industry professionals, we have enhanced the search function for the NFA Manual. Visitors to the site will be able to search the site using specific rule numbers or key words and phrases. They will also be able to select which sections of the Manual they would like the search to cover (e.g., Interpretive Notices, Arbitration Rules, etc.).
  • We have expanded our Frequently Asked Questions section, allowing visitors to find answers to their questions more quickly and efficiently. Visitors will also have the ability to search the FAQs.
  • Member education is extremely important to NFA and we have developed some new resources for our Members that will be introduced in conjunction with the launch of the new website. NFA Members will be able to listen to and/or download podcasts on topics such as preparing for an NFA audit and registration issues for principals, associated persons and branch offices. We have also produced a webcast for CTAs to help them understand how to prepare their performance tables.

For those NFA Members who have bookmarked specific pages on the current website, we have made every effort to automatically redirect you to the corresponding page on the new site. However, there may be instances where you will receive an error message and instructions on how to proceed.

If you have any problems using the new website or if you have any comments/suggestions, please contact NFA at information@nfa.futures.org or call our Information Center at 800-621-3570.
