RULE 201. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES.

NFA shall perform registration functions in accordance with the provisions set forth in these Rules for persons other than floor brokers; [and] floor traders; agricultural trade option merchants ("ATM") and their principals; and ATM APs for whom it has been granted registration responsibilities pursuant to Section 8a(10) or Section 17(o) of the Act. Except as provided below, NFA shall perform registration functions with respect to persons required to register under the Act as floor brokers and floor traders and persons required to register as ATMs and their principals and ATM APs in accordance with all of the Regulations governing the registration of floor brokers; [and] floor traders; ATMs and their principals; and ATM APs contained in Part 3 of the Commission's Regulations. [, except that] Rule 203 of these Rules shall govern the registration fees for floor brokers; [and] floor traders; ATMs and their principals; and ATM APs [registration fees,]. Rule 303 shall govern the issuance and termination of temporary licenses to floor brokers and floor traders[,]. Part 500 of these Rules shall govern adverse registration proceedings involving floor brokers or floor traders. [and] Part 700 of these Rules shall govern access to and certification of registration records maintained by NFA regarding floor brokers; [and] floor traders; ATMs and their principals; and ATM APs [records maintained by NFA].

RULE 203. REGISTRATION FEES.

(a) Amount.

(1) Associated Persons. Except for Forms 8-R submitted in accordance with Rule 209(d) or in connection with the registration of an ATM AP, each Form 8-R submitted in connection with the registration of an AP must be accompanied by a fee of $70. Each Form 8-R submitted in connection with the registration of an AP in accordance with Rule 209(d) or in connection with the registration of an ATM AP must be accompanied by a fee of $50.

(8) Principal. Each Form 8-R submitted by a principal of an applicant or registrant must be accompanied by a fee of $70, except that each Form 8-R submitted by a principal of an ATM must be accompanied by a fee of $50, unless the principal is also applying for registration as an AP of the applicant or registrant.

(13) Agricultural Trade Option Merchant. Each application for registration as an ATM must be accompanied by a fee of $100.
