NFA bars Genesis Holding Group, Ltd. and its sole principal
November 11, Chicago - National Futures Association permanently barred Genesis Holding Group, Ltd. from NFA membership and barred Robert Peter Mistovich from acting as a principal of any NFA Member. Mistovich was also barred from NFA membership and from acting as an Associate of any NFA Member for a period of two years.
Genesis is a commodity pool operator and commodity trading advisor Member of NFA located in Chicago, Illinois. Mistovich is the sole principal of Genesis.
The Complaint alleged that Genesis and Mistovich diverted approximately $10,000 from a pool operated by Genesis for their own use, which the Decision ordered them to pay back. The Complaint also alleged that Genesis and Mistovich failed to maintain required books and records and failed to properly supervise their employees and agents. Mistovich and Genesis neither admitted nor denied the allegations against them.
