NFA permanently bars three Ft. Lauderdale firms and their president

October 11, Chicago - National Futures Association has permanently barred from membership Mizner Financial Trading Corp., Terranova Financial Trading Corp. (TFT) and Bentley Trading Group Inc., all Introducing Brokers located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. NFA has also permanently expelled Harry Robert Tanner, Jr., president of Mizner, TFT and Bentley. In addition, NFA has ordered Mizner, TFT, Bentley and Tanner to pay a $100,000 fine.

The Decision, issued by an NFA Hearing Panel, is based on the charges contained in an NFA Complaint filed in May 2005. The Hearing Panel found that Mizner, TFT, Bentley and Tanner made deceptive and misleading sales solicitations. In addition, the Panel found that Mizner, TFT and Tanner failed to diligently supervise their employees.

The complete text of the Complaint and Decision can be found on NFA's Web site (www.nfa.futures.org).
